Ear barotrauma, also known as airplane ear, is that clogged-up, sometimes painful feeling you get in your ears when the air pressure changes quickly. It’s the biggest health.WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW:What is barotrauma?
Barotrauma is an injury to your body caused by a pressure change. You may have an injury to your ears, sinuses, or teeth. It can also affect your lungs, stomach, or intestines. It is also called ear, sinus, lung, or gut squeeze.What increases my risk of barotrauma?
*History of barotrauma
*Activities such as scuba diving or flying
*Blast injuries
*Use of a ventilator
*Hyperbaric oxygen treatmentWhat are the signs and symptoms of barotrauma?
*Pain or a full feeling in your teeth, ears, face, chest, or abdomen
*Popping in your ears when you swallow, yawn, or chew
*Ringing in your ear or loss of hearing

Your healthcare provider will ask how and when your symptoms started. He will also ask if you take medicine or have other health conditions. He may ask you to chew, swallow, or yawn to release air from your ears. You may also need any of the following tests:
*Ear tests may be done to check your hearing or check for damage to your ear.
*An x-ray may be used to check for broken bones, or fluid or air in your sinuses, abdomen, or other areas of your body.
*A CT or MRI scan may be used to look at your bones, lungs, stomach, intestines, or blood vessels. A CT uses x-rays and an MRI uses powerful magnets to take pictures of an area of your body. You may be given dye to help the pictures show up better. Tell your healthcare provider if you have ever had an allergic reaction to contrast dye. Do not enter the MRI room with anything metal. Metal can cause serious injury. Tell the healthcare provider if you have any metal in or on your body.How is barotrauma treated?
Do not fly or scuba dive until your symptoms are gone. You may not need medical treatment or you may need any of the following:
*Medicines can help decrease pain or swelling. They can also help dry fluid in your sinuses. You may also need medicine to make it easier to have a bowel movement.
*Ear canal cleaning removes earwax and releases pressure in your ears.
*Treatment for tinnitus helps relieve the ringing in your ears. Your healthcare provider may give you a device to put in your ears which decreases the ringing. Biofeedback therapy uses patches of electric current to relax your face and neck muscles. Your healthcare provider may also use transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation (TENS) therapy. This uses an electrical current placed on the skin near your ears. You may get therapy to help you learn not to hear any ringing sounds.
*Oxygen helps increase the oxygen level in your body and help with healing. Hyperbaric oxygen therapy may also help to reduce symptoms of barotrauma.
*Surgery may be needed to repair damage from barotrauma. Ask your healthcare provider for more information about possible surgeries you may need.How can I help prevent barotrauma?
*Do not fly or scuba dive following a cold or ear infection. Ask your healthcare provider if and when it is safe for you to do these activities.
*Follow the guidelines about the recommended time between flights, scuba dives, or skydives. Do not exercise or take a hot bath right after you scuba dive.
*Keep your ears clear when you fly or scuba dive. Avoid earplugs and tight-fitting hoods when you dive. Swallowing, yawning, or moving your jaw sideways may help your ears adjust during pressure changes. Do not sleep during take-off or landings. You may also pinch your nose, close your mouth, and gently push air out as if you are blowing your nose. You may also pinch your nose and say the letter K over and over again.When should I contact my healthcare provider?
*You are dizzy, feel nauseated, or vomit.
*You have a headache, face pain, or feel like one or both of your ears are blocked or painful.
*You have swelling or pain in your abdomen or rectum.
*You have severe pain in a joint or muscle.

*You have blood or fluid coming from your ear or nose.
*You have skin changes, such as a rash or red or purple patches.

*Treatment for tinnitus helps relieve the ringing in your ears. Your healthcare provider may give you a device to put in your ears which decreases the ringing. Biofeedback therapy uses patches of electric current to relax your face and neck muscles. Your healthcare provider may also use transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation (TENS) therapy. This uses an electrical current placed on the skin near your ears. You may get therapy to help you learn not to hear any ringing sounds.
*Oxygen helps increase the oxygen level in your body and help with healing. Hyperbaric oxygen therapy may also help to reduce symptoms of barotrauma.

*Keep your ears clear when you fly or scuba dive. Avoid earplugs and tight-fitting hoods when you dive. Swallowing, yawning, or moving your jaw sideways may help your ears adjust during pressure changes. Do not sleep during take-off or landings. You may also pinch your nose, close your mouth, and gently push air out as if you are blowing your nose. In computing, a plug and play (PnP) device or computer bus is one with a specification that facilitates the discovery of a hardware component in a system without the need for physical device configuration or user intervention in resolving resource conflicts.[1][2] The term ’plug and play’ has since been expanded to a wide variety of applications to which the same lack of user setup applies.[3][4]
Expansion devices are controlled and exchange data with the host system through defined memory or I/O space port addresses, direct memory access channels, interrupt request lines and other mechanisms, which must be uniquely associated with a particular device to operate. Some computers provided unique combinations of these resources to each slot of a motherboard or backplane. Other designs provided all resources to all slots, and each peripheral device had its own address decoding for the registers or memory blocks it needed to communicate with the host system. Since fixed assignments made expansion of a system difficult, devices used several manual methods for assigning addresses and other resources, such as hard-wired jumpers, pins that could be connected with wire or removable straps, or switches that could be set for particular addresses.[5] As microprocessors made mass-market computers affordable, software configuration of I/O devices was advantageous to allow installation by non-specialist users. Early systems for software configuration of devices included the MSX standard, NuBus, Amiga Autoconfig, and IBM Microchannel. Initially all expansion cards for the IBM PC required physical selection of I/O configuration on the board with jumper straps or DIP switches, but increasingly ISA bus devices were arranged for software configuration.[6] By 1995, Microsoft Windows included a comprehensive method of enumerating hardware at boot time and allocating resources, which was called the ’Plug and Play’ standard.[7]
Plug and play devices can have resources allocated at boot-time only, or may be hotplug systems such as USB and IEEE 1394 (FireWire).[8] Russian simulator roblox.History of device configuration[edit]A third-party serial interface card for the Apple II that required cutting and soldering to reconfigure. The user would cut the wire traces between the thinly connected ⧓ triangles at X1 and X3 and solder across the unconnected ◀▶ pads at X2 and X4 located at the center of the card. Some early microcomputer peripheral devices required the end user physically to cut some wires and solder together others in order to make configuration changes;[9] such changes were intended to be largely permanent for the life of the hardware.
As computers became more accessible to the general public, the need developed for more frequent changes to be made by computer users unskilled with using soldering irons. Rather than cutting and soldering connections, configuration was accomplished by jumpers or DIP switches.Later on this configuration process was automated: Plug and Play.[6]MSX[edit]
The MSX system, released in 1983,[10] was designed to be plug and play from the ground up, and achieved this by a system of slots and subslots, where each had its own virtual address space, thus eliminating device addressing conflicts in its very source. No jumpers or any manual configuration was required, and the independent address space for each slot allowed very cheap and commonplace chips to be used, alongside cheap glue logic.On the software side, the drivers and extensions were supplied in the card’s own ROM, thus requiring no disks or any kind of user intervention to configure the software. The ROM extensions abstracted any hardware differences and offered standard APIs as specified by ASCII Corporation.NuBus[edit]A NuBus expansion card without jumpers or DIP switches
In 1984, the NuBus architecture was developed by the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT)[11] as a platform agnostic peripheral interface that fully automated device configuration. The specification was sufficiently intelligent that it could work with both big endian and little endian computer platforms that had previously been mutually incompatible. However, this agnostic approach increased interfacing complexity and required support chips on every device which in the 1980s was expensive to do, and apart from its use in AppleMacintoshes and NeXT machines, the technology was not widely adopted.Amiga Autoconfig and Zorro bus[edit]
In 1984, Commodore developed the Autoconfig protocol and the Zorro expansion bus for its Amiga line of expandable computers. The first public appearance was in the CES computer show at Las Vegas in 1985, with the so-called ’Lorraine’ prototype. Like NuBus, Zorro devices had absolutely no jumpers or DIP switches. Configuration information was stored on a read-only device on each peripheral, and at boot time the host system allocated the requested resources to the installed card. The Zorro architecture did not spread to general computing use outside of the Amiga product line, but was eventually upgraded as zorro II and Zorro III for the later iteration of Amiga computers.Micro-Channel Architecture[edit]An MCA expansion card without jumpers or DIP switches
In 1987, IBM released an update to the IBM PC known as the Personal System/2 line of computers using the Micro Channel Architecture.[12] The PS/2 was capable of totally automatic self-configuration. Every piece of expansion hardware was issued with a floppy disk containing a special file used to auto-configure the hardware to work with the computer. The user would install the device, turn on the computer, load the configuration information from the disk, and the hardware automatically assigned interrupts, DMA, and other needed settings.
However, the disks posed a problem if they were damaged or lost, as the only options at the time to obtain replacements were via postal mail or IBM’s dial-up BBS service. Without the disks, any new hardware would be completely useless and the computer would occasionally not boot at all until the unconfigured device was removed.
Micro Channel did not gain widespread support[13] because IBM wanted to exclude clone manufacturers from this next generation computing platform. Anyone developing for MCA had to sign non-disclosure agreements and pay royalties to IBM for each device sold, putting a price premium on MCA devices. End-users and clone manufacturers revolted against IBM and developed their own open standards bus, known as EISA. Consequently, MCA usage languished except in IBM’s mainframes.ISA and PCI self-configuration[edit]
In time, many Industry Standard Architecture (ISA) cards incorporated, through proprietary and varied techniques, hardware to self-configure or to provide for software configuration; often, the card came with a configuration program on disk that could automatically set the software-configurable (but not itself self-configuring) hardware. Some cards had both jumpers and software-configuration, with some settings controlled by each; this compromise reduced the number of jumpers that had to be set, while avoiding great expense for certain settings, e.g. nonvolatile registers for a base address setting. The problems of required jumpers continued on, but slowly diminished as more and more devices, both ISA and other types, included extra self-configuration hardware. However, these efforts still did not solve the problem of making sure the end-user has the appropriate software driver for the hardware.
ISA PnP or (legacy) Plug & Play ISA was a plug-and-play system that used a combination of modifications to hardware, the system BIOS, and operating system software to automatically manage resource allocations. It was superseded by the PCI bus during the mid-1990s.Legacy Plug and Play[edit]
In 1995, Microsoft released Windows 95, which tried to automate device detection and configuration as much as possible, but could still fall back to manual settings if necessary. During the initial install process of Windows 95, it would attempt to automatically detect all devices installed in the system. Since full auto-detection of everything was a new process without full industry support, the detection process constantly wrote to a progress tracking log file during the detection process. In the event that device probing would fail and the system would freeze, the end-user could reboot the computer, restart the detection process, and the installer would use the tracking log to skip past the point that caused the previous freeze. [14]
At the time, there could be a mix of devices in a system, some capable of automatic configuration, and some still using fully manual settings via jumpers and DIP switches. The old world of DOS still lurked underneath Windows 95, and systems could be configured to load devices three different ways:
*through Windows 95 device manager drivers only
*using DOS drivers loaded in the CONFIG.SYS and AUTOEXEC.BAT configuration files
*using both DOS drivers and Windows 95 device manager drivers together
Microsoft could not assert full control over all device settings, so configuration files could include a mix of driver entries inserted by the Windows 95 automatic configuration process, and could also include driver entries inserted or modified manually by the computer users themselves. The Windows 95 Device Manager also could offer users a choice of several semi-automatic configurations to try to free up resources for devices that still needed manual configuration.An example of an ISA interface card with extremely limited interrupt selection options, a common problem on PC ISA interfaces.

(There is no technical reason why 3,4,5,7,9 cannot all be selectable choices for each port.)
Also, although some later ISA devices were capable of automatic configuration, it was common for PC ISA expansion cards to limit themselves to a very small number of choices for interrupt request lines. For example, a network interface might limit itself to only interrupts 3, 7, and 10, while a sound card might limit itself to interrupts 5, 7, and 12. This results in few configuration choices if some of those interrupts are already used by some other device.
The hardware of PC computers additionally limited device expansion options because interrupts could not be shared, and some multifunction expansion cards would use multiple interrupts for different card functions, such as a dual-port serial card requiring a separate interrupt for each serial port.
Because of this complex operating environment, the autodetection process sometimes produced incorrect results, especially in systems with large numbers of expansion devices. This led to device conflicts within Windows 95, resulting in devices which were supposed to be fully self-configuring failing to work. The unreliability of the device installation process led to Plug and Play being sometimes referred to as Plug and Pray.[15]Plug Play App
Until approximately 2000, PC computers could still be purchased with a mix of ISA and PCI slots, so it was still possible that manual ISA device configuration might be necessary. But with successive releases of new operating systems like Windows 2000 and Windows XP, Microsoft had sufficient clout to say that drivers would no longer be provided for older devices that did not support auto-detection. In some cases, the user was forced to purchase new expansion devices or a whole new system to support the next operating system release.Current plug and play interfaces[edit]
Several completely automated computer interfaces are currently used, each of which requires no device configuration or other action on the part of the computer user, apart from software installation, for the self-configuring devices. These interfaces include:
*IEEE 1394 (FireWire)
*PCI, Mini PCI
*PCI Express, Mini PCI Express, Thunderbolt
*PCMCIA, PC Card, ExpressCard
*SATA, Serial Attached SCSI
For most of these interfaces, very little technical information is available to the end-user about the performance of the interface. Although both FireWire and USB have bandwidth that must be shared by all devices, most modern operating systems are unable to monitor and report the amount of bandwidth being used or available, or to identify which devices are currently using the interface.See also[edit]

OTEK was able to successfully accommodate this request and deliver on time so that the customer’s reactor was able to commence operations on schedule.
1984-2011: OTEK’s HI-Q nuclear grade Plug & Play series is born to accommodate plant managers wary of growing analog obsolescence within the nuclear industry. In computing, a plug and play (PnP) device or computer bus is one with a specification that facilitates the discovery of a hardware component in a system without the need for physical device configuration or user intervention in resolving resource conflicts.[1][2] The term ’plug and play’ has since been expanded to a wide variety of applications to which the same lack of user setup applies.[3][4]
Expansion devices are controlled and exchange data with the host system through defined memory or I/O space port addresses, direct memory access channels, interrupt request lines and other mechanisms, which must be uniquely associated with a particular device to operate. Some computers provided unique combinations of these resources to each slot of a motherboard or backplane. Other designs provided all resources to all slots, and each peripheral device had its own address decoding for the registers or memory blocks it needed to communicate with the host system. Since fixed assignments made expansion of a system difficult, devices used several manual methods for assigning addresses and other resources, such as hard-wired jumpers, pins that could be connected with wire or removable straps, or switches that could be set for particular addresses.[5] As microprocessors made mass-market computers affordable, software configuration of I/O devices was advantageous to allow installation by non-specialist users. Early systems for software configuration of devices included the MSX standard, NuBus, Amiga Autoconfig, and IBM Microchannel. Initially all expansion cards for the IBM PC required physical selection of I/O configuration on the board with jumper straps or DIP switches, but increasingly ISA bus devices were arranged for software configuration.[6] By 1995, Microsoft Windows included a comprehensive method of enumerating hardware at boot time and allocating resources, which was called the ’Plug and Play’ standard.[7]
Plug and play devices can have resources allocated at boot-time only, or may be hotplug systems such as USB and IEEE 1394 (FireWire).[8] Russian simulator roblox.History of device configuration[edit]A third-party serial interface card for the Apple II that required cutting and soldering to reconfigure. The user would cut the wire traces between the thinly connected ⧓ triangles at X1 and X3 and solder across the unconnected ◀▶ pads at X2 and X4 located at the center of the card. Some early microcomputer peripheral devices required the end user physically to cut some wires and solder together others in order to make configuration changes;[9] such changes were intended to be largely permanent for the life of the hardware.
As computers became more accessible to the general public, the need developed for more frequent changes to be made by computer users unskilled with using soldering irons. Rather than cutting and soldering connections, configuration was accomplished by jumpers or DIP switches.Later on this configuration process was automated: Plug and Play.[6]MSX[edit]
The MSX system, released in 1983,[10] was designed to be plug and play from the ground up, and achieved this by a system of slots and subslots, where each had its own virtual address space, thus eliminating device addressing conflicts in its very source. No jumpers or any manual configuration was required, and the independent address space for each slot allowed very cheap and commonplace chips to be used, alongside cheap glue logic.On the software side, the drivers and extensions were supplied in the card’s own ROM, thus requiring no disks or any kind of user intervention to configure the software. The ROM extensions abstracted any hardware differences and offered standard APIs as specified by ASCII Corporation.NuBus[edit]A NuBus expansion card without jumpers or DIP switches
In 1984, the NuBus architecture was developed by the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT)[11] as a platform agnostic peripheral interface that fully automated device configuration. The specification was sufficiently intelligent that it could work with both big endian and little endian computer platforms that had previously been mutually incompatible. However, this agnostic approach increased interfacing complexity and required support chips on every device which in the 1980s was expensive to do, and apart from its use in AppleMacintoshes and NeXT machines, the technology was not widely adopted.Amiga Autoconfig and Zorro bus[edit]
In 1984, Commodore developed the Autoconfig protocol and the Zorro expansion bus for its Amiga line of expandable computers. The first public appearance was in the CES computer show at Las Vegas in 1985, with the so-called ’Lorraine’ prototype. Like NuBus, Zorro devices had absolutely no jumpers or DIP switches. Configuration information was stored on a read-only device on each peripheral, and at boot time the host system allocated the requested resources to the installed card. The Zorro architecture did not spread to general computing use outside of the Amiga product line, but was eventually upgraded as zorro II and Zorro III for the later iteration of Amiga computers.Micro-Channel Architecture[edit]An MCA expansion card without jumpers or DIP switches
In 1987, IBM released an update to the IBM PC known as the Personal System/2 line of computers using the Micro Channel Architecture.[12] The PS/2 was capable of totally automatic self-configuration. Every piece of expansion hardware was issued with a floppy disk containing a special file used to auto-configure the hardware to work with the computer. The user would install the device, turn on the computer, load the configuration information from the disk, and the hardware automatically assigned interrupts, DMA, and other needed settings.
However, the disks posed a problem if they were damaged or lost, as the only options at the time to obtain replacements were via postal mail or IBM’s dial-up BBS service. Without the disks, any new hardware would be completely useless and the computer would occasionally not boot at all until the unconfigured device was removed.
Micro Channel did not gain widespread support[13] because IBM wanted to exclude clone manufacturers from this next generation computing platform. Anyone developing for MCA had to sign non-disclosure agreements and pay royalties to IBM for each device sold, putting a price premium on MCA devices. End-users and clone manufacturers revolted against IBM and developed their own open standards bus, known as EISA. Consequently, MCA usage languished except in IBM’s mainframes.ISA and PCI self-configuration[edit]
In time, many Industry Standard Architecture (ISA) cards incorporated, through proprietary and varied techniques, hardware to self-configure or to provide for software configuration; often, the card came with a configuration program on disk that could automatically set the software-configurable (but not itself self-configuring) hardware. Some cards had both jumpers and software-configuration, with some settings controlled by each; this compromise reduced the number of jumpers that had to be set, while avoiding great expense for certain settings, e.g. nonvolatile registers for a base address setting. The problems of required jumpers continued on, but slowly diminished as more and more devices, both ISA and other types, included extra self-configuration hardware. However, these efforts still did not solve the problem of making sure the end-user has the appropriate software driver for the hardware.
ISA PnP or (legacy) Plug & Play ISA was a plug-and-play system that used a combination of modifications to hardware, the system BIOS, and operating system software to automatically manage resource allocations. It was superseded by the PCI bus during the mid-1990s.Legacy Plug and Play[edit]
In 1995, Microsoft released Windows 95, which tried to automate device detection and configuration as much as possible, but could still fall back to manual settings if necessary. During the initial install process of Windows 95, it would attempt to automatically detect all devices installed in the system. Since full auto-detection of everything was a new process without full industry support, the detection process constantly wrote to a progress tracking log file during the detection process. In the event that device probing would fail and the system would freeze, the end-user could reboot the computer, restart the detection process, and the installer would use the tracking log to skip past the point that caused the previous freeze. [14]
At the time, there could be a mix of devices in a system, some capable of automatic configuration, and some still using fully manual settings via jumpers and DIP switches. The old world of DOS still lurked underneath Windows 95, and systems could be configured to load devices three different ways:
*through Windows 95 device manager drivers only
*using DOS drivers loaded in the CONFIG.SYS and AUTOEXEC.BAT configuration files
*using both DOS drivers and Windows 95 device manager drivers together
Microsoft could not assert full control over all device settings, so configuration files could include a mix of driver entries inserted by the Windows 95 automatic configuration process, and could also include driver entries inserted or modified manually by the computer users themselves. The Windows 95 Device Manager also could offer users a choice of several semi-automatic configurations to try to free up resources for devices that still needed manual configuration.An example of an ISA interface card with extremely limited interrupt selection options, a common problem on PC ISA interfaces.

(There is no technical reason why 3,4,5,7,9 cannot all be selectable choices for each port.)
Also, although some later ISA devices were capable of automatic configuration, it was common for PC ISA expansion cards to limit themselves to a very small number of choices for interrupt request lines. For example, a network interface might limit itself to only interrupts 3, 7, and 10, while a sound card might limit itself to interrupts 5, 7, and 12. This results in few configuration choices if some of those interrupts are already used by some other device.
The hardware of PC computers additionally limited device expansion options because interrupts could not be shared, and some multifunction expansion cards would use multiple interrupts for different card functions, such as a dual-port serial card requiring a separate interrupt for each serial port.
Because of this complex operating environment, the autodetection process sometimes produced incorrect results, especially in systems with large numbers of expansion devices. This led to device conflicts within Windows 95, resulting in devices which were supposed to be fully self-configuring failing to work. The unreliability of the device installation process led to Plug and Play being sometimes referred to as Plug and Pray.[15]Plug Play App
Until approximately 2000, PC computers could still be purchased with a mix of ISA and PCI slots, so it was still possible that manual ISA device configuration might be necessary. But with successive releases of new operating systems like Windows 2000 and Windows XP, Microsoft had sufficient clout to say that drivers would no longer be provided for older devices that did not support auto-detection. In some cases, the user was forced to purchase new expansion devices or a whole new system to support the next operating system release.Current plug and play interfaces[edit]
Several completely automated computer interfaces are currently used, each of which requires no device configuration or other action on the part of the computer user, apart from software installation, for the self-configuring devices. These interfaces include:
*IEEE 1394 (FireWire)
*PCI, Mini PCI
*PCI Express, Mini PCI Express, Thunderbolt
*PCMCIA, PC Card, ExpressCard
*SATA, Serial Attached SCSI
For most of these interfaces, very little technical information is available to the end-user about the performance of the interface. Although both FireWire and USB have bandwidth that must be shared by all devices, most modern operating systems are unable to monitor and report the amount of bandwidth being used or available, or to identify which devices are currently using the interface.See also[edit]

Season 2 is now over, and its time to move on to Season 3. The rewards are available in the shop section for Season 2. We have been working hard to bring you this patch, hopefully you all enjoy the content and stuff we have done! All feedback is very welcome!Here are the patch notes for 2.0.0.0MAJOR - Wave system is now removed from the main game, we have made a new randomly generating world for the game that focuses more on exploring and smashing packs of enemies to pieces. - Runes added to the game. You can now obtain various runes that come out as 1-5 star runes. These runes can be equipped and upgraded with rubies, the more stars the more stats per level. 5 Runes can be equipped at once. (found in the talent screen tab) - Most enemy sprites are re-made, and now have attack animations. - All minibosses in the game have been re-worked to match a more interesting boss fight. - Exp gains, item level scaling etc has been optimized. - There is now an online matchmaking system that matches players together according to your settings. - Private servers will be working as before in another tab. - Massive improvements in multiplayer engine and overall performance. - Solo leaderboards are now class based. - Hero Level leaderboards added in. - Added translation for Finnish, Brazil and RussianGENERAL - You can no longer use spells while frozen or stunned - Player base movement speed has been increased - Enemies with enhance abilities are now determined by an ’ aura’="" beneath="">
- Wormhole puddles that appear after enemies die now increase in size over time from 0 and disappear faster
- Fixed ESC boss dungeon spawn bug in wormholes
- Minimap is now much lighter regarding performance, and improved visually
- You can now check your DPS on the dummies by talking to Gar Nor in town
- Off stats on items lowered to 75% from what it was
- Hero Levels now give +0.5% more item level on items per level.
FIXES
- Fixed a crash in Wormhole Abomination boss.
- Fixed a bug with client armor.
- Fixed high item levels displaying incorrectly.
- Fixed item level on dropped items.
- The game can now be paused when playing online multiplayer alone.
- Dodge is now tied to chest piece, no longer scales with armor. (now also works vs spells etc)
- Manacosts are now compressed to K, M, B etc
- Fixed talents sometimes not activating in online multiplayer
- Leviathan’s puddles now dissapear upon death
- Eye boss no longer spawns portal before small eyes are dead

Shaman
- Fixed Shamans Earth Totem strength synergy text.
- Fixed Shamans Lava Spill damage.
Viking
- Viking’s Zeal now increases damage by 1% per level and is 20% static chance.
Demon Slayer
- Demon Slayer’s Light in Darkness now leeches a percentual amount according to your weapon damage per point.
- Demon Slayer’s Bullet Hell ability’s stat synergy doubled from 5x to 10x
- Demon Slayer’s Katana Barrier ability’s stat synergy increased from 1x to 10x
Samurai
- Fixed Samurai’s Dodge for clients.
- Samurai Improved technically and spells made more dynamic.
- Samurai’s Zen Tornado damage scaling doubled.
Pirate
- Fixed Pirates Rapidfire in online multiplayer.
- Increased Pirate parrot’s attack speed by 25%
White Mage
- White Mage Restless spirits cooldown lowered.
- White Mage Mana orb cooldown lowered.
- Fixed White Mage Angelic Zone synergy in multiplayer.
- Fixed White Mage in local coop.
Pyromancer
- Pyromancer Meteor chance is now fixed to 20%
- Pyromancer Blaze chance is now fixed to 15%
- Pyromancer’s Hydra synergy down to 3x from 4x (energy scaling)

- Necromancer’s Meat Bomb synergy increased from 1x to 2x.

St. Philip Benizi, the Prior General of the Servants of Mary was sent to Forli to preach the reconciliation of the city and the removal of the penalty. Young Peregrine was so intense in his political fervor that he heckled Philip during the preaching and at one point Peregrine struck St. Philip.
The moment of striking St. Philip seemed to drastically change Peregrine. He began to channel his energies into good works and eventually he joined the Servants of Mary and pronounced his vows in the Servite Priory in Siena, Italy. He was about 30 years old. Peregrine then returned to Forli, where he spent the rest of his life. The best information indicates that he was not a priest, but a choir brother, who undertook an apostolate among the people of Forli. He especially dedicated himself to the sick, the poor and the fringe people of society. He also imposed a special penance on himself-to stand whenever it was not necessary to sit. This led to varicose veins. The varicose veins deteriorated into an open, running sore on his leg. The open, running sore was diagnosed as cancer. The wound became so obvious, odorous and painful that the local surgeon scheduled surgery to amputate the leg.
Suddenly Peregrine was confronted with the ugliness and suffering of his own life. He had given himself to people in similar situations and then found he must lean on his own faith in the goodness of God. The night before the operation he prayed before the image of the crucified Christ in the priory chapter room. At the age of 60 he was challenged to carry a new and more difficult cross. His prayer led him into a deep trance-like sleep during which he envisioned the crucified Christ leaving the cross and touching his cancerous leg. When Peregrine awakened from the trance of prayer, he discovered the wound healed and the leg saved.
St. Peregrine lived 20 more years. He died on May 1, 1345 at the age of 80. He was canonized on December 27, 1726. He has been named the Patron Saint for those who suffer from cancer. The people of Forli chose him to be the Patron Saint of their city. His feast day is celebrated on May 4. Peregrin ’Pippin’ Took (Third Age 2990 - at least Fourth Age 63; 1390 - 1484 in Shire-reckoning, reaching at least 94-years-old) was one of the Hobbits in the Fellowship of the Ring. A carpet hangs on the wall. Outside, it is snowing incessantly...
For all you lovers of obscure Russian art, the game “It’s Winter” was created as a part of a project titled“WINTER”, by Moscow poet Ilya Mazo. The project, which the author calls “a digital opera”, includes a book of poems, a short movie, amusic albumand a theatrical performance that is yet to be announced.A reality that doesn’t work well
It’s the game, not the poems or the play, that attracted the most attention from both Russian and English-speaking players and media. Made availableon Steamin early March 2019, it seems like a perfect simulation of Russian life. Sadly, the simulation is as malfunctioning as Russian life can be. Was this done on purpose?
Created by Alexandre “sad3d” Ignatov, “It’s Winter” is just a walking simulator. Much like in The Chinese Room’s “Dear Esther”, the player can only walk and interact with selected game objects. You can open and close the fridge, turn the light on and off – but you can’t sit or lie down. Turn on the radio, and it broadcasts only static and a poem read in a girl’s voice. Maybe there’s something to do beyond the apartment?
It turns out you can only pick up the trash strewn about the hall outside your door. The doors of other flats won’t open, however much you pound on them. In the yard, you can see an empty playground, lit windows of other houses (no going in), or walk by night shops (closed). When trying to leave the location, you can at the very best encounter a lonely tractor. If you try to walk into the woods, the game begins to lag, and eventually, you get stuck in the textures. Apparently, a glitch in the Russian Matrix. Reload.
What attracted most players is that feeling of being trapped. Indeed, when you live on the outskirts of a tiny Russian town, the days all look the same, especially in winter. Indeed, the scenery is meticulously crafted, with great attention to detail. And it just makes you want this game to be more fleshed out.‘First, I flushed the poems down the toilet’

That’s one of more than a hundred short poems included in the book of poetry created for the project. They are all very minimalist and carry little to no meaning or imagery. In the short film, the poems from the book are read or sung by obscure Russian musicians.
But the users on Steam don’t pay much attention to the poems, even if Ilya Mazo, the project’s creator, says the poems are “the axis” of the project. “First, I flushed the poems down the toilet,” a user wrote on the game’s page on Steam. Russians just want to play the simulation of despair, and they want it to be accurate.
“Cigarette butts are everywhere, but you can’t smoke. There’s no ‘Russian despair’ without nicotine!” another gamer exclaims. “I’d like to see more of the real city, I want noise in the neighboring flats, drunk screams out of the windows!”
Russian gamers love despair – but they wouldn’t lose their sense of humor in any situation.
“Create a multiplayer version, I want to race my friend in vodka drinking.”
“Why can I make only scrambled eggs? WTF, I can’t make a soup? I banged on the potatoes and cabbage with a knife for a long time, but I can’t cut them! WHY?!”
Some English-speaking gamers appreciated the project, too: “If you feel like your life is busy, buy the game - it’s too relaxing to pass up. My top tip would be to turn the bath and sink on and wait for the running water sounds to just drive you away into your own world inside the game. It’s atmospheric, a little creepy but very relaxing. Such a somber mood.”
Other users, however, were outright skeptical. As areviewernoted, the program is too demanding for an indie game built on the Unity engine. “It’s too much, selling a location that can be compiled in Unity overnight for 200 rubles ($3),” says a user. “The game is not worth what I paid for it,” – say many others. One of the most popular user reactions is “This is a nice concept, but we want more interactions, more content”.
The developers responded to one of the claims. “We’re completely independent, and there are just 2 of us, that’s why the game is not hardware-optimized: it would have been as hard as creating another game… Lower the graphics quality and that should solve the problem. We were doing our best to create the game, don’t blame us because your PC isn’t working properly, or else, you won’t have games about Russian winter, but just the variousFar Crieswith million budgets.”
And they have a point here, too.
What is clear from this is that Russians just can’t get enough of sorrow and despair in their lives. “I’m playing a simulator of life in a concretepanelledhouse,while sitting in a concretepanelledhouse. Waiting for the VR version to come out, to escape reality to reality!”
